Partnership

If your business is a Partnership, please be sure to provide the following documents:

• Partnership Agreement
• Certificate of Limited Partnership (Limited Partnerships only)
• Certificate of Assumed Name or Fictitious Name (if using a DBA)
• Copy of government issued identification for all agents

The following forms will also need to be completed and returned to Partners 1st:

• Business Account Application
• Business Account Questionnaire
• Certificate of Beneficial Ownership
• Partnership Company Resolution
• Internet Gambling
• Overdraft Protection
